Gameplay Data: Your scores, progress, and collected items
Email Address: If you sign up using email/password, your email is used only for account access and recovery. Email verification is not required, but we do not access or share your email.
App Instance ID: Used internally for analytics and crash reporting (not linked to personal identity)
Advertising Data: Unity Ads may request permission to track your device using IDFA. If granted, Unity may use this to serve more relevant ads. If not granted, non-personalized ads may still be shown.
Device & Usage Info: Such as device model, language, OS version, and country (collected anonymously)
3. How We Use the Data
We use the data to:
Authenticate and save your game account
Enable account recovery via email
Analyze gameplay to improve the experience
Fix crashes and monitor performance
Show ads using Unity Ads
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services:
Firebase Authentication: To log you in and manage your account securely
Unity Ads: To show in-game ads. Unity may request permission to access your device’s IDFA for ad tracking (iOS only)
These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control how they use the data.

You can request your data to be deleted by contacting us
You can opt out of ad tracking at any time via your iOS device settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
6. Children’s Privacy
ModdyRun is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us to remove it.
